Everything Went Smoothly
We ordered a new garden office as we needed more space with having to work from home. Everyone was very accommodating even when we made some slight adjustments to the build on site. Everything went smoothly and the end product is stunning. Our neighbours are already asking where we got the garden room from and if they can have a peek!

High Quality Garden Room
I am so pleased I chose this excellent Company. Looked at several others and yes a couple were cheaper but the quality and workmanship from Oeco is outstanding and very difficult to beat. From the initial catalogue browsing, consulting with Alicia and Phil, through to the surveyor and wonderful construction team this was a wonderful experience. The whole team at Oeco are effective, friendly and responsive. Nothing is too much trouble. Before the team left everything was clean and tidy, wouldn't know they had spent three very long days here. An excellent company, highly recommended
From the moment I first spoke to Alicia on the phone, I had a good feeling about Oeco. The office staff, installers, surveyor and electrician were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The installation date was a few months ahead, but was definitely well worth the wait. (They're busy because they're good!) We changed our minds about the design during this time, and Phil was very helpful and accommodating of all our changes. We also chose this company because they were able to install 50cm from the boundary, whereas most companies told us it would have to be 1m, which we could not easily spare in our small garden. When it came to the build, our installers Ashley and Caleb were extremely hard-working and we were very impressed at the way they rapidly and skilfully constructed the room from scratch, exactly to our specifications and checking in with us every step of the way. We are absolutely delighted with our new room - extra space for home working and playing music for far less than an extension to the house would have cost. It looks great too - you can tell the building method is really well thought out.

Simply Excellent
We visited a few different companies but as soon as we walked into the Oeco showroom and saw their build quality we knew they were a cut above the rest. We had no hesitation in placing an order and we now have a wonderful outdoor office sitting at the bottom of our garden.

I Could Not Be More Pleased
Brilliant service from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to from the office staff, surveyor, construction team and the electrician were very professional and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and everyone worked hard to deliver our stunning garden room. I could not be more pleased.

So Well Insulated!
We were pleased with all aspects of Oeco's service, from the ordering process right though to the finished product. The build was completed in under four days. I researched a number of similar companies but went with Oeco because they offer a turnkey service, including foundations and internal electrics. There is nothing else for the customer to provide, other than an electrical power connection. Our building is in use as an office and will be used all year round, therefore the level of insulation is very important. The roof is constructed from panels which include an extremely thick layer of foam insulation. The floor and walls are insulated with rockwool AND Kingspan. A convector heater was provided as part of the package and with the outside temperature at around 9 or 10 degrees I have found that, after 20 minutes on the 1250W setting, the heater can then be turned down to 750W for the rest of the day. I was concerned about using electric heating but am pleasantly surprised at small amount required to heat this 3m x 4m room. Highly recommended.

Dear Stuart I wanted to email you to say how very pleased I am with the new Garden Office that you have supplied.......well, very pleased does not even remotely cover it, to be honest!!!!!! From the very start of the enquiry, I have had extremely knowledgeable and useful feedback and comments from Phil in the Office, and that helped me to formulate my ideas of what I wanted. The Survey was done very efficiently by Marius, and he really knew his stuff- I had arranged for my local Builder who was arranging all the connecting Plumbing/Electrics etc to be there at the same time, and when they were talking together you could tell that both knew that the other person knew exactly what he was talking about! Top marks to Marius! I placed the Order, paid the deposit, (also please note, the Lady in the Office was very good- very efficient and nice nature!), and the start date was agreed as early W/C 8/2. In the last week of January, I had an email, (or may have been a text) from Lee, asking if it would be ok to start the week before, as the previous job would probably finish a bit early. I said no problem, and Lee, Evandro, and William turned up as promised on Tuesday 2/2. Lee went through everything with me, and then went through everything with Evandro and William, and having sorted out what needed to be done, left Evandro and William to start the Build. Evandro and William worked non-Stop for the first 3 days before they had to go back up North for more materials, and when I say non-stop, this is exactly what I mean....they really did work from 8am until very late, and grafted. The following week, they went at it again hammer and tongs, and Lee was then back to crack-on as well. Either week 2 or week 3 in February was bitterly cold, with the temperature never getting above zero, but the three of them went at it all day every day, from early until late, and never stopped! I understand Lee and Evandro are relatively new to Oeco, so you may not have received much feedback on them, so I’m now going to give you some, from a Punters perspective! They had to move on to another job, I think at the end of week 3 in February, (I lose track of time!), and I have to tell you that they are an absolute credit to your Company, and you are very lucky to have them work for you, in my opinion. REALLY Hard-Working, good quality workmanship, very pleasant, unassuming and polite, and I honestly can’t praise them highly enough. Top, Top Fella’s!!!!! After Evandro and William had to move on to another job, Lee was left to finish the job. Lee worked tirelessly for the last couple of weeks on his own, and his attitude was very much, it will take as long as it takes, and if it takes another day or so to get everything absolutely right, then so be it! I think the term “Old School” could have been invented for Lee, and I think he should probably have been born about 100 years ago, when Tradesmen were proper Tradesmen, , who took huge pride in their work, and if something wasn’t right, then it wasn’t right, and they would rather hammer a 6 inch nail through their hand than bodge a job! It is a dream for a Punter to have someone like this running the job, because Lee’s professional pride will not allow him to leave a job until it is absolutely right. I’m also in the Building Trade- I have my own Architectural Ironmongery Company in St Albans which I started 27 years ago, so I have come across every type of Builder in my time. I wanted to send this email so I could say thank you to everyone in your organisation for the part they have played in supplying my Order- it really has been fantastic! As I’m sure you are aware, people are very quick to criticise, and slow to praise, but I always make a point of giving credit where credit is due.....and it really is due in this case. In my experience, a really good organisation is good in every area, from Office Staff through to Sales People through to the people that actually supply the service- in your case your Tradesmen, (bit of an old-fashioned word maybe!), and you really have got it spot-on! So please pass on a Big Thank You from me to your Office Staff, (including Alicia who I have spoken to recently), Phil in the Office, who spent a lot of time dealing with my job, (probably cursing under his breath regularly!), Marius for the very knowledgeable Survey, and then finally to the Dream Team of Lee, Evandro, and William. And I just had the easy part of paying you straight away, which I have done, (Golden Rule of my Company), so hopefully I have been a good customer of yours, because no-one wants to spend time chasing money that is owed. And finally, if you ever have any enquiries from anyone in the South of England that wants a recommendation for your Company, I would be very happy to sing the praises of your Company! You should genuinely be very proud of your Company, and everyone that works for you, and I’m sure you are!

We Are Very Pleased With Our New Garden Office
The construction team braved the elements through early January to build our new garden office. No issues and everyone we dealt with were polite and friendly. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with!. All the best for 2021

Great To Deal With...
The whole experience from the initial contact to the completed garden lodge has been outstanding. Phil in the office was great and answered all our questions prior to ordering and was quick to respond to any questions we asked during the construction. Oeco are great people to deal with and I would highly recommend.
